SCAM ALERT: FRAUDULENT JOB OFFERS

The Star Entertainment Group has recently been made aware of some fraudulent job offers circulating by email.

In these emails the sender, pretending to be from The Star, asks people to provide personal information and some have even been ‘interviewed’.

At The Star we would never ask a candidate to share their personal information via email. We urge anyone being asked for this information in an online setting to exercise a high degree of caution.

Update - 09/01/2023
The Star Entertainment Group has been notified of another scam using our company’s name. Never under any circumstance will anyone from the talent team ask for any payment when applying for a job.

If you have been approached with a job offer that uses our entity’s name "The Star Entertainment Group" that has asked for payment or compensation before you can start, please get in contact with us using the below form.

Currently at The Star we are only taking expressions of interest and you can do this by joining our Talent Community at https://www.thestarcareers.com. Any new roles will be advertised to view on our Star careers website.
