CULINARY APPRENTICESHIPS
The Star Entertainment Group is the ideal place to start your culinary apprenticeship and build a strong foundation for a successful career. With a professional, passionate, and supportive team behind you, you'll develop essential culinary skills while gaining valuable hands-on industry experience.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll work alongside talented chefs across a diverse range of restaurants, cuisines, and kitchen environments, giving you exposure to multiple cooking styles and techniques. Our apprentices also have the opportunity to showcase their talents through culinary competitions, while benefiting from exclusive masterclasses, field trips, and other enriching learning experiences designed to support their professional growth. Full-time and School-based chef apprenticeship opportunities exist across our Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast properties and are advertised on our careers site as positions become available.
